Ingredients
4 boxes frozen mini fillo shells
1 (10 oz.) can Chicken in Buffalo Sauce
1 (8 oz.) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed to room temperature
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) package feta cheese crumbles
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F. Thaw fillo shells. Shred chicken if in chunk form. Squeeze excess water from spinach. Mix chicken, cream cheese, spinach, and feta cheese until well blended. Fill the fillo shells and place on baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes in oven. Serve hot.
