Ingredients
1 (10 oz/284 g) can White Chicken in Chipotle Sauce
1 jar queso cheese
Optional: Garnish using sour cream and green onion tails, sliced thin
Instructions
Place chicken with chipotle sauce in a microwavable bowl. Shred the chicken with a fork if chunk chicken. Add Queso cheese and mix. Microwave on high for one minute. Stir and microwave on high for another minute. Stir and serve or layer with sour cream and top with green onion tails, thinly sliced.
Tip: Serve with nacho chips.
