Ingredients
1 pizza dough (1 lb.)
2/3 cup thick tomato salsa
1 3/4 cups shredded marble cheese (4 oz.)
2 (5 oz) cans Turkey in Water, drained
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. each salt and freshly ground pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. On lightly floured work surface, roll out dough into scant 1/4-inch thick 20- x 12-inch rectangle. Spread salsa evenly over pizza dough; sprinkle cheese and chicken evenly over top. Combine chili powder, oregano, cumin, salt and pepper; sprinkle over top. Starting at one long side, roll up dough into log; cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces. Transfer to prepared baking sheet; bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Tip: Serve with extra salsa and guacamole if desired.
