Ingredients
About 3 cups tortilla chips
1 (12 oz./340g) can Pulled pork, drained
2/3 cup nacho cheese dip
4 tbsp. barbeque sauce
1 tsp. dry barbeque spice rub or chili powder
4 tbsp. sliced, pickled jalapenos, drained
Instructions
In separate microwave safe dishes, warm the pork and then the nacho cheese dip, about 1 minute on high for each. Divide the chips between 2 shallow bowls. Top with warmed pork. Cover with cheese dip, followed by a small amount of BBQ sauce to taste. Sprinkle each bowl with dry rub barbeques seasoning or chili powder and jalapenos.
