Ingredients
12 yellow corn tortilla shells
1/2 cup corn or canola oil
2 (12 oz. /340 g) cans Roast Beef and Broth, drained
1/2 head lettuce or cabbage, shredded
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 tomato, diced
2 cups cheddar or pepper jack cheese, grated
1 cup salsa
Instructions
Heat beef in a microwave safe dish on high for 1 minute or until warm. Place one to two tablespoons of beef inside each tortilla shell. Add shredded lettuce, onions, and toma-toes. Top with cheese. Repeat for all tortillas. Serve immediately.
