Beef and Horseradish Sauce Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 1/2 tbsp. dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp. whole grain mustard

  • 1/2 tbsp. prepared horseradish

  • 2 tbsp. sour cream

  • Kosher salt to taste

  • 1 (12 oz / 340 g) can Roast Beef and Broth, drained

  • 2 tsp. minced pickled ginger

  • 4 slices Bread of choice

  • Arugula

  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

Prepare horseradish sauce. Wisk together the first six ingredients. Makes 1 cup. Make Sandwich. Grill bread slices if desired. Spread 2 bread slices with desired amount of horseradish sauce and 2 bread slices with butter. Fill with beef and arugula and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Store remaining sauce in refrigerator. Allow to come to room temperature before using
