Ingredients
1 1/2 cups broccoli
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tbsp. margarine
3 cups milk, divided
1/4 cup flour
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1 cup shredded american cheese
1 (10 or 1.25 oz) can Chunk Turkey in Water
Instructions
Combine broccoli, celery, onion, margarine and 1/2 cup milk in a large pot. Heat, covered, 10 minutes or until vegetables are steamed. Blend flour into 1 cup milk then add with remaining milk and seasoning to vegetables. Cook, stirring occasionally, until chowder boils and thickens. Add cheese and turkey. Heat until cheese is melted.
