Ingredients
8 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1/3 cup prepared poppy seed dressing
1 (10 or 12.5 oz) can Chicken in Water, drained
1 carrot, thinly sliced diagonally
1 apple, chopped
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup sliced almonds (natural)
Instructions
In large bowl, toss romaine lettuce with poppy seed dressing; shred chicken if in chunk form; stir in chicken, carrot, apple, cranberries and almonds. Tip: Replace romaine lettuce with fresh baby spinach if desired.
