Ingredients

  • 2 (10 or 12.5 oz) cans Chunk Chicken in Water, drained 

  • 1 cup diced celery 

  • 2 medium apple, chopped 

  • 2 cup pineapple chunks 

  • 4 tbsp. plump raisins 

  • 4 tsp. toasted sesame seeds 

  • 10 tbsp. mayonnaise 

  • 1 tsp. curry powder

Instructions

Combine chicken, celery, apple, pineapple, raisins and 2/3 of the sesame seeds in a large bowl. Mix mayonnaise and curry powder. Pour mayonnaise over chicken mixture and toss to coat. Sprinkle with remaining sesame seeds. Tip: May be served in hollowed out pineapple.
