Ingredients

  • 2 (10 or 12.5 oz) cans Chunk Chicken in Water, drained 

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise 

  • 1/2 tsp. paprika 

  • 3/4 cup dried canberries

  • 1/2 cup chopped celery 

  • 1 green onion, chopped 

  • 1/4 cup minced green bell pepper 

  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise with paprika. Blend in dried cranberries, cel-ery, onions, bell pepper and nuts. Add drained chicken and gently blend. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill at least 1 hour.
