Ingredients
8 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1/3 cup prepared Italian dressing
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1 cup chopped cucumber
1 cup chickpeas
1/3 cup pitted black olives
1/4 red onion, sliced
1 (10 oz.) can Chicken in Lemon Pepper Sauce, lightly drained
1/3 cup cubed feta cheese
Instructions
Toss together romaine lettuce, Italian dressing and oregano; stir in tomatoes, cucumber, chickpeas, olives and red onion. Gently stir in chicken and feta. Tip: Add halved hard-cooked eggs if desired.
