Ingredients
1 (12 oz.) package pasta garden spirals
2 (10 or 12.5 oz.) cans Chunk Turkey in Water, drained
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 cup cubed mozzarella cheese
1 (2 ¼ oz.) can sliced black olives
2 (4 oz.) cans whole button mushrooms
5 cherry tomotoes, quartered
1/3 cup hot water
1/2 cup low fat italian dressing Shredded parmesean cheese
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions; rinse with cold water and drain thoroughly. Combine pasta, turkey, onion, sweet red pepper, green bell pepper, parsley, cheese, olives, mushrooms, tomatoes and dressing in a large bowl. Refrigerate until serving time. Swerve with Parmesan cheese and additional dressing if desired.
